Sunrise, the largest private telecom provider in Switzerland, teamed up with icapps to strengthen its Yallo TV platform and launch MySports, a new digital experience for hockey fans. Challenge
Sunrise needed to improve its existing Yallo TV service and develop a new digital product, MySports, to better serve hockey fans across Switzerland. The goal: deliver seamless streaming experiences across mobile, web, and smart TV platforms.

Outdated technology (including an older Gatsby version), siloed systems, and the need for scalable architecture created friction in delivering the performance and quality Sunrise aimed for.
